Good Shepherd Volunteers
Good Shepherd Volunteers (GSV) is a strategic partner of Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III College. As a strategic partner, GSV alumni enrolling as full-time or part-time students in a Heinz College master’s program will receive a scholarship of 30% of tuition per semester.
As part of the partnership program, Heinz College will award the Strategic Partners Scholarship to incoming students admitted and enrolled in Heinz College who meet the eligibility criteria. Each tuition reduction scholarship award will be made by Heinz College at the time of admission (no separate application is necessary), and the student to whom the tuition reduction scholarship has been provided will receive a tuition reduction of at least 30% per semester enrolled. To be considered for this scholarship award, an eligible applicant should indicate his or her involvement with Good Shepherd Volunteers on her or his application for admission.
Each academic year, a maximum of five (5) GSV-affiliated students admitted and enrolled in Heinz College’s master’s programs’ incoming class for that academic year may be awarded the Strategic Partners Scholarship.
The partnership program is designed for students who have completed the Good Shepherd Volunteers program and who successfully completed their bachelor’s degree.
