Search for jobs on Career Navigator - Log on to Career Navigator and submit your resume and cover letter (if requested) and interview for the position.

Paperwork for payroll system -If you have never worked on-campus or through the Work Study program, you are required to complete your payroll paperwork within 72 hours of your hire date. For more information on the required documents and directions to Payroll, click here. Once you have completed your paperwork for Payroll, you are required to submit a copy of your employment eligibility (I-9) form (previously provided to you at payroll services) to the Heinz College's Office of Fiscal Management, Hamburg Hall Room 1107.

Student Information Form - After you receive a job offer, complete the Student Section of the Student Information Form in its entirety. Have your supervisor complete the “Hiring Supervisor" section and drop off the form in Heinz College Office of Financial Aid, Hamburg Hall 1119. Paper copies can be obtained at the Office of Fiscal Management, Hamburg Hall 1107.

Complete Bi-Weekly Timecards - Students are required to submit completed, signed bi-weekly timecards in the wooden box outside of the Office of Fiscal Management. Timecards pre-printed (with your name) may be picked up outside of the Office of Fiscal Management, Hamburg Hall Room 1107. If you do not have a pre-printed timecard, please pick up a blank timecard from inside the Office of Fiscal Management. Direct deposit is required for your pay. If you have not already signed up for direct deposit, you will need to do so. The University’s on-line pay system is called iPay. iPay information is available at Payroll Services.
Note: Bi-weekly timecards must be submitted on time. A pay schedule with the bi-weekly due dates can be found here or a paper copy can be picked up inside the Office of Fiscal Management.
