Recruit on Campus

The Heinz College Career Services Office assists you with all your on-campus recruiting needs. Campus recruiting takes place Monday-Friday, from September through April, excluding exams, breaks and holidays.

To streamline the recruiting process, we use TartanTRAK (powered by Symplicity), a Web-based, on-campus recruiting system which provides students and employers with 24/7 access. You can request potential dates for presentation and interviewing through our TartanTRAK system.

Log into TartanTRAK:
This system gives you full control of the recruiting process, as well as providing students access to your job opportunities. To recruit Information Systems Management students, be sure to choose Carnegie Mellon as the ‘School Affiliation.’ If you would like to recruit students from the public policy, arts, entertainment, health care, or public management programs, be sure to choose School of Public Policy and Management as the ‘School Affiliation’.
