Careers
MAM graduates are employed in a variety of decision-making roles, working in every functional area found in arts and cultural organizations and related agencies that shape and influence the arts community.
Salary levels in arts organizations are typically lower than those in the private sector, especially at the entry level. The value of pursuing a MAM degree as opposed to working your way up through the ranks is that you'll take on more responsible work more quickly and advance more rapidly than without the degree.
