The academic rigor of the MMM core curriculum will help develop your critical thinking skills and your ability to solve complex problems in a health care setting. Below are the courses you need to complete the degree. To earn the MMM degree, you'll need to complete 144 units (equivalent to 12 full semester courses) of coursework.
Physicians are required to complete prerequisite courses prior to admission into the program. There are two options:
1. Successful completion of the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE) Section 1 Coursework (125 hours). We highly recommend this option for all of our incoming students and provide a tuition discount for physicians who have completed Section 1 coursework.
2. Successful completion of two distance courses offered through Heinz College in the summer prior to each on-site session. These courses are:

You'll be required to have broadband internet access as well as Windows XP in order to access the distance courses without difficulty.
