How to Apply for the Exchange Program

Interested students are advised to speak with their program director prior to beginning the application process.   Students should apply for admission to the exchange program before the second mini of the semester proceeding the proposed exchange semester.

In order to apply to the exchange program:

1. Download and complete the application form: PGH-AUS-Application.PDF
2. Attach your updated resume/CV
3. Attach a 1-2 page essay explaining your reasons for wanting to participate in the exchange program (be as specific as possible)
4. Scan and submit the completed form, essay and resume to the Office of Admissions at your home campus via email: hnzadmit@andrew.cmu.edu
