The Health IT Student Organization hosted our first event this past Thursday (10/21) at Heinz College. It was faculty panel bringing together scholars from Heinz and Tepper to discuss their expertise and ongoing initiatives in health IT. Their diverse background (e.g. public health, IT, biotech, GIS, law, entrepreneurship, etc.) offered a broad perspective of health IT to the attendees.
