Out and Allied @Heinz is an educational, political, and social alliance of students working to foster and maintain an environment that is supportive, positive, and safe for LGBTQI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, queer, and intersexed) individuals and their allies. Out and Allied @Heinz promotes awareness and understanding of LGBTQI policy issues at Heinz while striving to foster the professional development of both our members and the greater student body.
Out@Heinz formed in the fall of 2008. Our members include LGBT students, staff, faculty, and alumni as well as straight allies at the Heinz College.
