Travel to Campus

In April, Emily Watts will reach out with specific information on booking travel to Pittsburgh.

Required Dates for arrival and departure of the PPIA Program

ARRIVE: Thursday, June 12, 2025 check-in to room after 3 p.m.

DEPART: Saturday, August 2, 2025 check-out of room by Noon

These exact dates are required. Exceptions are offered on a very limited basis and only when exceptional circumstances beyond your control will prevent you from arriving on time. If you wish to discuss your arrival or departure date, contact Emily Watts as soon as possible.

Please be aware that when flights are booked, they are final and cannot be changed.

If you plan to drive to Pittsburgh and keep your car on campus during the program, please notify Emily Watts immediately as we will need to make special arrangements for a parking pass.
