Alisa Ben
SVP and Head of Analytics, Canvas Worldwide
A seasoned executive, Alisa brings extensive experience in the areas of Strategy, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Leadership and Innovation.
Alisa recently comes from Zimmerman Advertising where she served as SVP, Strategic Marketing Intelligence. Prior to Zimmerman, Alisa was the VP & Head of Operations at Select Management Group, a leading management firm representing next-gen talent and content, where she helped build their internal infrastructure and oversaw the integration of SMG’s operations and programs, including analytics, strategy, business development, and social responsibility.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Alisa grew up in the music scene, where she forged a path in the music industry—most notably discovering and managing rock band, The All-American Rejects, launching their musical career to global stardom. Alisa continued her work in identifying consumer markets and growth opportunities at AOL, MTV and Warner Music Group. She went on to create and build the Insights and Analytics division for Universal Music Group (UMG), where she pioneered and integrated consumer and data-driven strategies for product, brand, and artist development, globally. Alisa was instrumental in the successful release, marketing, and strategies for numerous UMG labels and artists, including Nick Jonas, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Shawn Mendes, just to name a few.
Alisa holds a BA in Journalism & Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from New York University.
