Yi-Yun Chu is a Ph.D. student in Information Systems and Management at Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to Ph.D., she obtained a dual Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and International Business from National Chengchi University and a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her research interests are in the areas of online platform strategies, the economics of information systems and consumer behavior.
