How to Join the Team!
The Heinz College Office of Diversity, Inclusion, Climate, and Equity (DICE) offers meaningful opportunities for students committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the Heinz community.
DICE Research Assistant (RA) Positions
RA positions are open to all Heinz students who demonstrate a strong commitment to these values. RAs typically work 7-10 hours per week at a rate of $17 per hour during the fall and spring semesters. Applications are accepted during the first week of the Fall semester.
DICE Fellowship
The DICE Fellowship is awarded exclusively to a first-year student who applies and exemplifies a deep dedication to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the Heinz Community. The selected DICE Fellow receives a tuition scholarship covering 50% to 100% of their first year in a Master's program at Heinz College. Additionally, the DICE Fellow serves as a DICE Research Assistant (RA), working 7-10 hours per week at a rate of $17 per hour during the fall and spring semesters.
