How to Join the Team!

The Heinz College Office of Diversity, Inclusion, Climate, and Equity (DICE) offers a DICE Fellowship to an applicant dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the Heinz community. The DICE Fellow receives a tuition scholarship covering up to 50% to 100% of their first year in a Master's program at Heinz College. In addition to the scholarship, the DICE Fellow will serve as a DICE Research Assistant (RA), typically working 7-10 hours per week at a rate of $17 per hour during the fall and spring semesters. This role allows the DICE Fellow to earn an additional $4,000 to $6,000 per academic year. Applicants who are not selected for the fellowship will be considered for an RA position. RAs do not receive a tuition scholarship.
