Sponsorships

Organizations interested in visible partnerships with Heinz College can provide support in several ways. Recent sponsorships have included the Verizon Foundation Distinguished Lecture Series and the annual Deloitte Consulting Student Challenge competition. Grants from corporations and foundations also support internships, scholarship funds and new educational initiatives.

Student Projects

Many classes require students to put their education into practice by working on real- world public interest issues. Projects focus on topics such as strategic planning, public management and organization, IT solutions and IT management. Heinz College prepares more than 250 students each year for jobs in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Heinz College offers a number of executive education courses in areas such as executive leadership, human resources management, project management, information technology management, knowledge management and information assurance.
