Registration fees include the attendance at workshop sessions, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, Tuesday night reception and Wednesday night Banquet.
Please note: Registering for the Workshop does not reserve a hotel room. Please visit the travel page for information about hotels and hotel rates.
